"Absolutely disgusting customer service. I am from Glasgow up visiting my friend and her family. Phone for a collection went down to the shop to get told to get to f”ck out his shop. This is the owner of this place i have never met in my life just kicked off whilst customers where in the shop and binned my order. The most annoying thing is i never opened my mouth to him at all, all i said was i am here for a collection. Never again will i step foot in this place Service: Take out"

"Not being funny but really wasn’t impressed with the staff, loads of people logged about in the place being noticed and ignored to be served. Was served by a young guy who clearly wasn’t having a good day. I work in a restaurant myself and know how you’re supposed to be treating your customers, not the way they all did. Moping around not doing much and gossiping amongst themselves. The chef clearly wasn’t impressed either, as he complained to them for not speaking clearly and even had to tell them to serve people! They had to ask customers to remind them what their order was a bunch of times! Not good enough from customer service. Food was okay but small portions of chips with fish for an unexpected amount of money. Won’t be back at all. Polish up guys."

"Best chip shop in Kirkcaldy. Had many deliveries and haven't been disappointed with the service. Had the fish last night and was delicious and the batter was crispy mmmmmm . Would definitely recommend this fish bar to everyone. Keep up the good work Gordon and your lovely polite staff"

"Nice bar, tables are spaced out pretty well. Menu is a little underwhelming but the food quality is pretty good. Would be nice to have some different/unique food on the menu. Staff seemed nice and friendly when serving. Would go back if they made some small changes to their menu"

"Beautiful hotel bistro with views of the beach in st andrews. I had a very nice greeting, on our table shown and had also selected the menu that was described to us a bottle of wine. had suppe to start .. very nice lauch and kartoffel then. for a buffet in an adjoining room .. the buffet was brilliant, then I had fish and chips that always taste better through the coast and I must have my three times boiled chips .. various class .. I had just space for my apfel and berries crumbling with a seperate dish custard. we had a good idea that made it a great value for money. the service was first class, no waiting and all the staff were young, enthusiastic and all happy and friendly. it was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end."

"Pleasantly surprised by this place. Pizza was close enough to Neapolitan style, and the crust wasn't too burnt, which is good. Ingredients clearly fresh. Locally made buffalo mozzarella not nearly as juicy as in Italy, but tasty enough. Service very good, and prices quite reasonable."

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and all staff so friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast for days. It was also, a special birthday of mine and the chef made a lovely happy birthday plate with chocolates which was a lovely surprise to. Our room had a great view of golf course and The Forth. However, no glasses or water provided, a bath mat would have been good but wasn't provided also, for a hotel the tiles in bathroom should have been touched up as with the bedroom carpet needs updating. The rest of hotel was nice but looking a bit tired for a establishment. Unless some improvements were made to bring hotel up to a standard not sure if we would return or recommend."
