"The Sandpiper was fine but they had to squeeze the 5 seats in because unfortunately the booking from Open Table was never received by them. This could have turned embarrassing because it was Mothers Day and two mums were present."

"I attend the ship on a quiet Wednesday to meet my family including my sister and her new born (3 weeks old). When I arrived I asked my brother in law to come outside and help me support my gran (90 years old) to get in to her wheelchair so she could come in to the pub. He left my sister and new born baby with their dog in the bar area. When he left their dog started crying. When we returned my sister was a bit flustered due to dog crying, when a lady approach (looked like a supervisor) and abruptly stated 'i know you have a small baby but can you go sit outside '. This is the first time my sister had been out since giving birth as the baby had been quite unwell. I would have left but given the situation I felt we had no choice but to stay. My brother in law had no choice to put their dog in my car . I felt this was a huge over reaction give that this is meant to be a dog friendly pub and the fact the dog has been crying for around a maximum of 5 minutes. Also to note they did help when I was trying to maneuver my grans wheelchair in to the pub, just looked at me struggling. I also have a 1 year old, I had to attend the bar and ask for a high chair which they acted like was the biggest deal. I am absolutely disgusted in the way were treated at one of our regulars, especially given the fact they could clearly see that my sister was a new mum. We won 't be returning!
