"Was expecting better. Halibut and chips were ok. The battered halibut was not enough for 13.95 the fries were thick hand cut. Coleslaw was vinegar based but good. Grilled Halibut was very bland no seasoning. Service was fast and food came out quickly."

"Excellent specials and well worth the money. We ate in. The meal was hot and the batter stayed crispy; even after it was hit with malt vinegar. The mushy peas needed to cook longer, but they were ok. I hope you have the same experience as us and we are definitely going back soon!!!!"

"There on the Canada Day with my family and there were no tables on the terrace, but we are the only table in the interior. we ordered coffee and breakfast and it probably took at least 15 to 20 minutes for the coffee. almost an hour later our food was not yet in the table and we followed up and they said that there are other people who ordered before us and that there was only one person in the kitchen. so there is literally nothing they can do. we had a small child and we were extremely frustrated that they didn't even tell us that if we sat down, it would be this ridiculous waiting time. we asked ourselves about the bill and they still accused us of the full price for the expensive coffees that would have tasted better if I had made it home. will not come back and would not recommend."

"We eat at a Montana's about 4x/year. The one in Guelph is good, the one in Milton (James Snow Pkwy), is excellent. This one on the edge of Markham, is the poorest one we have visited. Our visit was on a Sunday; no.lunch deals, no soup if the day. After seating, were ignored for a good 15 minutes. Other than appetizers, all other meal offerings were too large and too pricey for a lighter lunch. What we did order was good, except the blue cheese dressing was incipid, tasteless. Could not successfully obtain a second spoon to share the soup. It wasn't very good, anyway. Greens were fresh, appetizers properly cooked; coffee tepid, donuts good."

"My wife and I had dinner here for the first time. I ordered the wings and fries and was really impressed. The wings were really plump and cooked to order. My wife had a "small" salad and the dry ribs. These were also very good. We ate at around 7:00 p.m. and we were almost the only people there. The wait team were very attentive and asked how we were enjoying the food. We will definitely go back.Cheers!"
