"My rugby team (Schuylkill River Rugby from Philadelphia) toured Ireland back in 2016. We had a team meal at the Old Punch Bowl before the Ireland v Italy Six Nations Game. They were nothing but an absolute Joy. The memories made in this place will always be near to my heart. I look forward to visiting again and having a nice creamy pint in memory of those days. "Speed quizzing Thursdays are a great addition to the neighbourhood and create a great buzz in The Blackrock. Food and drinks have definitely improved since opening also and service is very good! The reservations process is also seamless. Really enjoyed the pork belly popcorn and chicken burger. We’ll be back! Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4"

"Absolute disgrace. Waiting an hour and a half for fish and chips when I live a mile up the road. Wish I'd read the reviews before hand because I never would have ordered from this kip. Don't bother ordering from this place, you'd be better off catching your own fish and growing your own potatoes, it'd be quicker. By the way cancelled order sick of waiting."
