"We have been using the Kingfisher every time we visit Hastings so it has become a very nice ritual over the past years. The fish and chips is always excellent, the fish I believe locally sourced and the food is always top notch. The...Kingfisher is very popular so there is a wait of about or mins max before you are served. It is well worth the wait! The food is always perfectly cooked, and the service is always fantastic. There is a very varied menu to choose from, and all in all the restaurant's popularity with visitors and locals seems obvious and well deserved. Always a great experience. Recommend!"

"Lovely pub inside and really friendly staff. We got married on the 23rd November and our friends came here while we slipped off to get photos taken on the beach. We joined them afterwards and it was a lovely pub, would definitely recommend coming here. It is a place where you can catch up and chat with your friends and hear them. It was the perfect place to have a drink and get lovely photos by the open fire for our wedding day. We would definitely recommend coming here and will definitely be back next time we come to Hastings."

"Jessica has the stable next to The Pelican Diner every Thursday. It offers freshly prepared balls and packs, brown or white bread, along with salads, nuts, homemade sweet treats and smoothies. There is a selection of four fillings for packs / babies, including spicy cauliflower with mint cashew spread, avocado and sun dried tomatoes, roasted vegetables with hummus and Mediterranean vegetables. All with fresh salad. Sweets vary every week, but could be chocolate folding jacket, bananas and rosin rock cakes or brownies. Everything's vegan. I go every Thursday as my weekly lunch break. Eco-friendly packaging is used, so this is a great place to eat at the beach or at East Hill for lunch. The baps are really tasting and filling the spicy cauliflower is particularly good and really good value at £4.50. A warm and welcoming place."

"The catch is just another club of the many clubs in the area shoreditch. it has two floors with the punching surface on the top floor. I wanted some drinks with friends. we have ended when we did not come to bario east! but the catch is not so bad. the music (Hip-Hop) and the ambiente were good. I'll be back to shoreditch party again!"
