"We are here last summer and again in this august. it was great both times. well furnished for social distancing. eat excellent good value for money, fresh and piping hot. we had the beginning of a mockery that was a generous amount. the employees are very attentive both waiters who were fast to clear plates, take orders, bring flavors or additional drinks etc. They are in a snowy (less outside eating with good weather,) so that no prospect, but the environment are beautiful! there is a playground for children and many parking spaces."

"Lovely food and very friendly staff. Plus it's nice and cosy after a day on the water and there are great views across the bay to Oban, so you can see all the boats and ferries coming and going."

"Oh my...Where to start...John and Helen are fabulous. Our rental car broke down just outside of Oban on the way to The Whisky Vaults Hotel. John and Helen bent over backwards to help us. I truly believe that John would have fixed our car if Hertz would have let him...We were without a car for 3 days and John helped us with public transport so that we could get along with our vacation. The hotel is one very short block from the harbor. Hence the street is quiet and traffic free. Rooms are bright and clean. The bar is welcoming and well stocked with the best Whisky made in Scotland. If you want to know ANYTHING about Scottish Whisky just ask John! I believe it was a Jura 18 that caught my fancy. We are home with great memories...Jim and Deb O'Dell, Ed and Sue Benhke. May 2022."

"Pleasant atmosphere for this restaurant where we ate very well by reserving for 8 p.m. Very varied and local menu (mussels, langoustines, haddock, salmon) but also chicken, pasta...special mention for the sea bass and its scallop risotto. Impeccable service, especially since we asked to change tables because they were too close to the kitchens for the one assigned to us. I recommend! Service: Dine in"
