What Robert Ferguson likes about Lochnell Arms:
Staff too busy pulling pints rather than serving customers who are staying in the hotel waiting for dinner. Room 11 badly needs redecorated and beds replaced. Carpets dirty and not hoovered. Nice view of the river with occasional seal hunting for fish. View all feedback.
What HeatherT doesn't like about Lochnell Arms:
An inattentive waitperson (we were the only people in the entire restaurant at lunchtime) and very mediocre food gives this the low rating. The Caesar salad with salmon, had flakes of dried out salmon on it. Can not recommend. View all feedback.
