"So after reading so many gushy reviews of this place, we decided to make it a must-stop on our short Quebec City trip. They don't have a website that I can see nor hours posted - 5:30 pm opening (AND NOT A MINUTE EARLIER) for our Tuesday evening visit. The menu is very compact - a one-sheeter for all appetizers, main courses - oddly called Entrées on the English side, nono this is not the USA :) - and desserts. We started with gaspacho, the soup of the day - perfectly smooth and seasoned. The bouillabaisse has a very flavourful, slightly anisey taste. The raviolis too rich and tasty. My cod and orso with cheese sauce was perfectly cooked. Dessert was the classic rhubard crumble (chilled) and chocolate mousse, both excellent. Very delicious!"

"Our family had a great night out dining at Q de Sac and then walking around the beautiful surrounding area. The ambience and service were great. I ordered the beef tartar as a meal and it was to die for!! My husband ordered the beef cheeks, which were cooked to perfection. We topped off our meal with their famous veal broth wood fired onion soup and two nitro stouts. Highly recommend!Parking: Paid parking i believe $16 across the street.Kid-friendliness: The staff were friendly and accommodating with our 4 year old. She enjoyed the food and location."

"We just walked in off the street and were rewarded with one of the best bistro meals.The service was attentive and the food delicious and inventive. We share a dish for 2, and the portions were just right, the bison cooked to perfection and the sauce! Scallops lovely and tender, and the polenta on which it was plated was the best I'd ever had. What a great surprise. Dessert was heavenly."

"If I had more than 5 stars. Right from the moment we entered the experience was perfect. Also the couches were super comfortable! Nicolas our server was so pleasantly helpful and explained the menu perfectly. His recommendations were also on site. We had the bone marrow, the fish article and the vegetarian article - all three dishes 10/10 so compliments to the cook. This followed with the Mediterranean Platter and again the flavors were so unique. Desserts meet the sweet spot. Especially the service of Nicolas was the best we experienced. Will definitely come back and also recommend to make a stop here if you drive with QC. Thanks for the experience."

"We were four people, and decided for this restaurant as they have live jazz music on Fridays. A young couple performed. The food was pretty good, in particular the salmon steak. And the desert choices were good as well. Service was fair, but appeared rather...busy (it's Friday night.."

"I was often in quebec, but with friend recently move there really up the game restaurant wise at my visit. with sometimes very little time it is difficult to find the places that are to visit and they make my visit more pleasant, not to look for the good addressed."
