"Just drive by the sea. Horrible smoked salmon. It used to be what I would drive across the city for, not anymore. Store bought, soaked in fake smoke taste and mushy. Two staff members lied to me and said it was still coming from the mainland, BS. Better off shopping at the grocery store. So disappointed, miss the old owner. He actually cared about fresh products."

"The food here was sub par compared to other places of similar caliber. The views and atmosphere is great. The service here though should be mentioned. Once we were seated the only time we got a server was present was to take our order and take payment. There was a manger walking around stopping by at a few tables to see how the service was, we were not one of the tables, even though I was sitting there with an empty cup along with my friend with a near empty glass. Looking at prior reviews to see if this was maybe a rare occasion, I guess maybe not and it looks like racism plays a big part if you decide to go here. Had really high expectations going here as we are visiting from Alberta, soon after we arrived we were very disappointed. Will not be returning and I highly recommend trying other restaurants in the surrounding area. It was not a busy day at all, there was quite a few servers and workers in the facility."

"We stopped after work for happy hour. The service was Slow and extremely poor. The Server was slow - drinks sat at bar for over 5 minutes. Wings and ribs came out in intervals. We paid with debit, we did not choose the tip option as we were going to leave a cash tip. The server looked at the receipt and saw no tip and threw the receipt on the table with a sigh... We have been to Brown's many times since their grand opening and we hope this issue will be dealt with."
