"Don't have fish and chips often at all so has taken a few years to get here... We usually share a large cod the large was actually 2 smaller ones so turned out well. Staff all great, great choice of food and place very popular. Chips could be a bit more generous if looking for a minor fault but on the flipside the curry sauce was the best I've had from a chippy and a very generous tub! Will use next time I'm sure!"

"We came shortly before the conclusion (a bit really). but the staff was very courteous and friendly and our order of 4 cajau and chips, sausage and chips and other sides were all freshly cooked. the fish was beautiful, the teig crispy and not oily. the chips were also very nice. all in all very well prepared foods."

"Great place for a working lunch on a Friday. There recommendation. Xmas menu was great. Staff were attentive and showed good efficiency and communication. Fire place is amazing. Shame couldn't stay for the music being set up bet its lively oh next time I'll bring my golf clubs. Club at the same venue!!"

"We have tried to support these young men in their new venture for the past year or so, having been Asian Rose customers for 30 years. Mostly, the curries have been of good quality but sadly, they would often deliver either a curry that was too hot to eat or too weak plus stale tasting poppadoms that seem to have been cooked in old oil. When the young manager was phoned about this, he said I should get my curry from somewhere else, so we went to the Masala Club. This is not good customer service!"

"I ordered the veggie burger, which came with fries and coleslaw, and I was really surprised by how small the portion was for the price. The burger was pretty small and there was only a handful of fries. It was nice enough, but not worth the amount being charged. They were also out of quite a few things on the menu, in spite of it being pretty quiet and the service was very slow. One of the waiting staff was lovely, but the others seemed like they'd rather be elsewhere, it was hard to get anyone's attention and it took about 20 minutes to pay the bill.
