"I was looking for "Chancho a la Caja China" and I stept into this place. It has just one week open, but they're very professional. The chef is very kind, and the food offer is very nice and varied. They have different variety of food "a la Caja China" and "al Cilindro", besides, it offers some pastas and fish. Everything I ate was realy nice. A must try for people visiting Baños del Inca."

"Es uno de los ceviches más ricos que he probado, en especial por el chicharrón de pota que hacen, es demasiado bueno, hasta ahora mi favorito. Tiene varios locales y el precio es lo mejor porque se acomoda al bolsillo. Hay platos desde 8 soles en adelante. Si vas al mercado estará súper lleno de gente y quizá hasta no haya espacio para sentarte pero realmente vale la pena. No estoy segura pero creo que desde las 10 u 11 am ya están atendiendo."

"I had the pleasure to eat with my friends some paints in vicunna in the hotel tartar. eating is top notch and a rare fund in cajamarca. I am very health conscious, and it can be hard to find a place is cajamarca. that does not use msg. their dishes are low in fat and are mostly fish dishes. they are delicious, but on this way you can feel good after eating instead of being guilty. the restaurant atmosphere is also stylish. there is even a small bar. it is located in a colonial hotel, hotel tartar, which is a bit difficult to find, but it is at the airport in la entrada de zarco campestre. taxi drivers will sometimes try to tear them off when they are a gringa like me, although be so careful. ask first the price."

"It was saturday and almost all vegetarian restaurants in the city are managed by adventist and therefore closed on Saturdays. I asked myself and managed to find this restaurant that was unfortunately closed after lunch. a nice woman was still in there and let me take off the lunch menu. cheap and vegan! I was very happy. I came to dinner and found out that on Saturday evening they cook meat / fish and because they were busy, I could not order a la carte: very disappointing. However, they always have a vegetarian suppe, rice and a few sweets, which ended my dinner. it is really regrettable that they are not 100% vegetarian and especially that they decide to do such a “exception” on Saturdays if there are no other possibilities in the city. if I would go back there on Saturday, I will go to lunch and order a few of them a la carte for dinner!"
