As gringos living in Cajamarca we know the local restaurants well. I'd rate this place, which was rebranded to 'Noventainueve', as one of the top five restaurants in the city (the others being: Posada de Puruay, El Carmen in the Costa del Sol, Vaca Loca, and La Ensenada).The atmosphere is great, the food is very good, diverse, and not terribly overpriced. Music is slightly too loud, as in most Peruvian places. View all feedback.
