"Chef/Manager advised that king prawns are supposed to be of a chewy/rubbery texture even after I explained I wasn’t able to eat it. He wouldn’t change the dish for an alternative or provide a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Will not be returning."

"I was here a few times, the last one of them was to my birthday yesterday. the service was always fantastic and eating is always absolutely delicious. it is a lot somewhere where I go for a tasty, but the money I pay at these places is worth it for the quality of the food. I would highly recommend pork katsu jyu, takoyaki and the plant wine splasher. I am always looking forward to my next visit"
