"We went here for a family lunch early Christmas Eve. No Christmas atmosphere at all. Very dull . We were looking for a fun British pub with some festive spirit none here. Food just ok, server very polite, beer nice. Just disappointed as far as a British pub goes on Xmas Eve. No Xmas hits , no decorations in pub other than a tree in outside atrium . The place had other big family groups just something missing. We will look fir another spot next year"

"Had a table on the terrace with my family. The service was in top with friendly and very qualified service that led us to some good orders. Great oysters and good Cava for appetizers. Also main dishes were perfect. And the place was silent without music so we could communicate over the table (and not as in many other places around Montreal where you should scream to each other if you want to talk). Will truly return to this place for the good food and the nice service. Price level is in accordance with the quality of the restaurant."

"It was my wife’s birthday and this is one of her favorite places to eat out so we went with a couple of friends for the evening.The service was great and the food is always top notch.The peanut butter dumplings are a staple as well as the cold rolls. Never disappointed when we head to restaurant Thailande!"

"A am not a fan of writing poor reviews, but I am just glad that we started with the soups and did not order a full meal, so were able to escape…. I guess the tip off should have been that it was 7 pm...and the place was virtually empty… while restaurants around it were packed. Generally, in Montreal, one can get a very good French Onion Soup without trying, but here it was really watery, with too much bread and below average taste. The Gazpacho was a disappointment as well, too much tomato and a small cup size on a huge, fancy plate for 10 CAD… Definitely not a gem…. We left and had sandwiches across the street."

"I had lunch at Rasoi a few weeks ago and ordered one of the lunch specials the Tandoori salad for When it's called a lunch special you have certain expectations that it will be meal-sized and the price is right in the...middle of a usual price for a lunch sized salad and an entree salad "entree in Quebec actually means appetizer, not main course). So anyway, I get my salad and it's small. Tiny. NOT a meal-sized salad. The mixed salad greens were good, tossed with a light vinaigrette of some kind, and the small bowl was lined with tiny slices of heavily salted tandoori chicken. And that is their idea of a tandoori salad. #underwhelmed. The service was excellent a very polite waiter who was attentive I should have expressed my disappointment to him, but I didn't. My friend had the Thali box which was a MUCH better decision than mine. Bottom line is, don't order the tandoori salad."
