"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have frequently visited this eatery.but tonight was the worst ever was here with my Mon and our family to celebrate her birthday call ahead what we were told over phone was not what took place upon arriving waited a hour to be seated then after our orders was taken it was a hour and a half before our food was brought after requesting to talk with the manager. Will not recommend or eat here again"

"Awesome Seafood. I had the Chilean Sea Bass the other day and it was fabulous. It was juicy yet crispy, moist and flavorful. The risotto it was laid on was excellent. I could not stop eating it. It was a large portion and I ate it all and could have eaten another. Service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back again. I am from New England and I have now found a great southern Real Seafood restaurant."

"I'm parked and going to the door for hours. I wanted to get out of my car, relax the toilet and the doors were locked! We are now working on 2 years of DQ! Get it together! People don't want dirty ice in their cars! When I order through the drive, I hear someone in the background up Jesus. He was annoyed that I added Brezeln to my command! Very unprofessional and ruin! I said he said Jesus on the speaker? She said he was dealing with other things! Why was he on the speaker, he didn't have my order?! I reacted, sick make a Google review and he starts again. This employee must stop or be fired if he doesn't like his job or his customers. You don't talk to customers like that! You wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for your customers. Now let's talk about the food, my chicken sandwich was not even warm, my onion rings did not taste fresh and were not even warm or hot, my pulpits were black and my blizzard had very few pieces pumpkin cake - it was like I ordered a simple vanilla blizzard for 4.50! Worst DQ I've already been! Make some training or fire to improve your food quality. It's not worth the price! We're not back!"
