"They have another menu as some months ago so we sadly couldn’t try the chicken carbonara and the ice stuffed donut. Instead we ate the INn-Burger, which was really good and some fries. For fries they cannot guarantee that they didn’t get contaminated in their fryer but we hadn’t had problems afterwards. For dessert we ate the brownie sundae which is really delicious and everyone should try it. The personal asked if it is an allergy and knew about which dishes are gluten free and which aren’t."

"We picked this restaurant as Trip Advisor had it listed as the #1 steakhouse in Jasper and the patio is on the Main Drag in Jasper so the people watching is great.Pro's - our server was very polite. - view on the patio is amazing. Cons - my son's order was messed up twice. We spent a lot of money (ordered beers and ceasars with the meal. My son's order was prime rib with au jus on the side, along with the mushroom and onions on the side. it arrived with everything dumped on top. He spoke to the manager and sent it back. it was returned with the mushrooms and onions scraped off with au just still on top. When he raised it again, she chastised him telling him he needed to specify that when he ordered. He did - twice, and since the prime rib was so expensive we wanted it done right. - my husbands medium rare steak arrived medium well done. After the hassles with my son. he just sucked it up and ate it. He also ordered mushrooms that never arrived, but they charged us for them on the bill. - and speaking of the bill, we paid a lot for our entrees, I was shocked to see that we were charged $3 for mushrooms and $2 for sautéed onions?I rarely do negative review. At the end of the day, we are easy going. We dine out often and recognize that mistakes are made. The reality is, we rang up a huge bill and ordered expensive entrees - it wouldn't been nice if the restaurant had better customer service and made it right. We didn't need a discount, but don't chastise a customer for wanting the meal the way they ordered it (especially when they address it politely)."

"The view was incredible, experience going to the top was awesome. The only thing lacking to have made our experience so much better was if staff at the restaurant would at least know how to smile. I don’t understand why people would work in places...where as if they are not happy. Food prices are a little up there but we understand that’s how it works. This is no sort of fastfood. Their poutine/gravy is really good tasting here. I was surprised that I liked the elk meat. Their hot chocolate looks but is too sweet. Just a warning they dont offer free water here. With everything being said, the staff would hopefully get training on customer service."

"The breakfast buffet was not good... Burnt pancakes, overcooked bacon, bland scrambled eggs, sad looking fruit, coffee full of grinds, slow service, etc. Try somewhere else."

"We came in late for lunch, 14.50. Even though it would be closed at 15.00, we could still sit down and given all the time. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. But the best part: the lunch!! We had the chorizo burger and the brisket sandwich and these were heavenly! Even the accompanying hand cut fries and salad (with a delicious dressing) were delicious on there own. Would certainly come here again :). And if you have the time: a few minutes drive further up the road there's a fantastic view point and you're able to walk across the bridge to the small island."
