"This is a wonderful stop for refreshments and good food on the north shore of Rice Lake. We were impressed with how nice this place is and how friendly the service was. While it is not a big spot it has lots to offer and is very clean, modern and bright with First Nations hospitality and good prices. Be sure to fill up and save around 10 cents a litre and check out the gift shop for some unique offerings at very good prices. There is also camping nearby."

"Soborah is such a nice lady and a great cook, first time I went here her debit machine wasn’t working I believe. She trust me enough to leave with $40 of food without questioning my loyalty. Food was so good I went back after thanksgiving to pay her what was owed plus extra because the food was so good and had to buy more !!! Highly recommended. The roti is massive. The oxtail is cooked perfectly! I need moreeeeeee !"

"We drive by this cafe almost every day & it always seems busy so we decided to go there for breakfast. I had the southwest crepe (filled with scrambled eggs, peppers, onions, bacon & cheese served with salsa) & my husband had the Monaghan meat breakfast (ham, bacon & sausage with eggs over medium). The server was friendly & efficient despite waiting on 6 tables by herself. We have never been served a meal so fast! Everything was hot & tasty and the eggs were cooked as ordered. We can't wait to go back for the Eggs Benedict & Western Omelette! They serve lunch + all day breakfast which is great if you can't agree which meal to go out for LOL."

"Awesome breakfast with the best home fries in Peterborough. The clubhouse sandwich is great, too. Comfortable, family atmosphere, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. This has been our go-to spot for breakfast for over 15 years, eat-in and take-out. I highly recommend."

"Stopped by and got it to go, had a beer while I was waiting for my food and they served me a free appetizer! The rainbow roll was great but the Peterborough roll is even better!"
