"We stayed at Bristol last week and ate in the restaurant every night. The food is just wonderful. The service is on site. The food is very well presented, well cooked and very tasty. We left the restaurant full every night. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant and is very good with great choice. We were sad to go but will return. We couldn't imagine staying somewhere else in Saas Fee. Thanks to all management and staff for our holiday specialty."

"In a rainy and cold weather of only 9 degrees we decided to eat a fondue and it was the only open restaurant that made it because the others were closed because between season (opening to July 15) and frankly we do not regret. She was too good. with their small square bread just too top. We've had a lot of fun. the frame was just beautiful. super nice and really adorable waitresses who made the effort to speak in French. dressed in traditional clothes. and above all a boss who passes we wish good appetite. A nice gesture.It was so good that the next night we went back to eat some cute pork net that was falling so good. We've gone through it. a culinary delight as much as visual. a restaurant that really worth the detour as much for its cuisine as its decor type chalet. We loved it"
