"Ordered the Wagyu Beef Burger with fries and Aoli dipping sauce. Lunchtime Service in the front bar area on a weekday. Counter service attendant was quick to come serve me, but seemed like he didn't enjoy his job. Meal came quickly and the burger was very big. Burger Patty was pink inside, but mostly Luke warm at best. Not sure if it was cooked earlier and heated again, but I didn't like it. Burger tasted alright, but Patty was a bit of a miss. Chips were average to good, but Aoli sauce was bland and a little abnormal tasting. Aoli sauce dish was not clean, so I left it alone. For amount paid, I was expecting a little better quality. "I always love coming here, staff are always amazing! I've been coming here for Lunches and Dinners for quite a few years and every single staff member I have encountered has gone above and beyond to make my experience great. Meals are always quick and very tasty! Even when the restaurant is full I have never had to wait long for my meals. If at a large table the meals always come out at the same time."

"This hidden gem took me back to my time in New Dehli. The only Indian food I have found that is traditionally made from scratch in Townsville. Authentic dishes made fresh to order. Extensive menu including a large vegetarian selection. Ample portion sizes we even had some leftovers. Do yourself a favour enjoy the friendly service and great food at Joy Indian Cuisine."
