"Wir waren im Florian um etwas zu trinken.Leider war der Service überfordert. Zuerst kam niemand, dann lief die Bedienung mit "Tunnelblick" an uns vorbei um dann später uns endlich zu bedienen. Eine weitere Bedienung, die anscheinend zum Austragen des Essens und der Getränke verantwortlich war, irrte teilweise ohne konkretes Wissen wohin sie gehen sollte durch die Tische. Hier sollte der Chef das tun, wofür er auch da sein sollte - guten schnellen Service organisieren und sicherstellen.Da das Ambiente stimmig ist, wurde ein "befriedigend" und kein "mangelhaft" vergeben."

"Very nice Italian restaurant on the picturesque Weinheimer Marktplatz . The mountain road is also often referred to as Germany's Toscana, which is particularly felt here in Weinheim. Even early in March, almond trees, forsythias and magnolies flourish here and enchant with their scent and the airy, colorful flower dresses. On sunny warm days, starting in the very early spring and during the late autumn, you can almost feel fantastic in the outdoor area as in an Italian piazza. Last but not least that is why the places in all restaurants around the historic marketplacetes are desirable and you should reserve especially in the evening to not be disappointed. In the case of the ferrarese brothers, which lead the restaurant together, all those lovers of Italian cuisine will be joined, who expect more than just pizza and pasta, but there are also only some examples of delicacies, e.g. fried quails, filled pigeons, fish soup, rock mushrooms from the grill, lamb variations, various fish and seafood, filled pork feet, homemade Cassata............... supplemented by seasonal changing dishes duck, goose, ravioli filled with fresh walnuts, artichokes., rose-butted mousse.... Already when reading the menu, the water flowed in our mouth and we should not be disappointed. Although it was very cozy and stylishly furnished in the restaurant, modern art besides family photos, we decided to take place in the beautiful outdoor area of the restaurant. Comfortable basket braid chairs with thick seat cushions, large parasols and old trees with excavating tree crowns which gave us shadows, here read well. So we enjoyed this evening: mixed antipasti plate varied from the filled Sepia to Bruschetta to Vitello tonato many small delicacies. Rabbit Toscana swollen rabbit with vegetables and garlic in tomato/wine sauce with homemade pasta and salad delicious delicate rabbits, great seasoned perfectly fresh bar-saving gel with roasted duck breast and castle potatoes super. At the end, it had to be my absolute favorite dessert Zabaglione, especially as this wonderful ital. Wine cream not found on the menu at any Italian is served here fresh. The Zabaglione came still slightly warm and was served with ice cream and fresh berry fruits a dream My beloved had chosen homemade tiramisu, with 2 Espressi forming the culinary conclusion of this beautiful, warm spring evening. Tutto fantastico."

"Located in the beautiful Weinheim Old Town near the famous Gerberviertel, in a beautiful old half-timbered house, which also offers some pleasant surprise inside. Lovely interior decoration with tasty table decorations and candles offers an atmospheric ambience even when entering. The menu offers a wide range of Mediterranean and German delights, but also appetizers, delicious soups and tapas can be found on the map. The service is happy to advise matching wines to the individual dishes. Apart from the dishes on the map, there are still some seasonal dishes as a daily recommendation. The place was well visited, which did not surprise us when we tried the delicious food. We ate: Onion steak with countrypotatoes and salad plate fish variations 2 fish fillet,shrimps, grilled sardines large gambas with rice and vegetables all a pleasure. We were thrilled and happy to come back"

"This used to be a very good restaurant, which I went frequently to. That obviously has changed ! We went there yesterday and it was literally disgusting. If the wine would have been as cold as the food and the food as hot as the...wine, it would have been something. However, it wasn't. Neither the grown ups, nor the kids liked it. I talked to chef, unfortunately he literally didn't care, but tried to tell me the risotto had to swim in oil ! Conclusively, they will never see me again, as this was a ridiculous experience. By the way, the fact that we have been the only guests, while all restaurants around have been packed, should have rang a bell. I will be back for the other restaurants for sure."
