"Das Restaurant Residenz liegt direkt in der Innenstadt am Markt. Ein altherrschaftliches in weiß gehaltenes Haus mit einem lichtdurchfluteten Gastraum. Der Service war freundlich. Die Speisekarte bietet abwechslungsreich Fisch- und Fleischgerichte aus der Region. Aber auch für Vegetarier und Veganer bietet die Karte Köstlichkeiten. Ich bestellte den vegetarischen Triple Burger mit Pommes. Ein wirklich leckeres Essen. Als Dessert wählte ich in Marzipan eingelegte Datteln. Das rundete das Essen richtig ab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Residenz kann ich als Restaurant sehr empfehlen."

"I was looking for a fish restaurant for hiking on the beach at Haresiel and most places were closed in early January. I found the self serving Janssens, where even my dog was allowed, although the sign at the entrance indicated differently. I had an excellent Lou de Mer that was grilled to the point with roasted potatoes."
