"Sushi Factory is a combination of both japanese and north mexican cuisine, you can have also affordable and excellent dishes. There's a mix between cooked meat, cheese and shrimps sushi. Cooked or Fried Chicken with white or soy rice. You cannot miss the Jamaica Water is very fresh and is very good for your body, very natural and healthy. Or if you feel like a good beer, you can have the opportunity to have it. They prepare this mayonnaise dressing to die for!!!! (you can have it both spicy or non spicy), there's an option to have the soy with jalapeño or non spicy also. Make sure you try the prepared soy dressing, they add a touch of citrus to it!!! And if you are at the end of the month or have absolutely no money you can eat for 70 pesos the sushi of the month, which I like to ask at least once a month just to try all the different type of sushis. And if you are feeling for a Salmon NIght Out you can always order the baked sushi with salmon with coriander dressing!!"

"The restaurant was recommended by a business associate as a must experience seafood restaurant. According to our associate, this restaurant is more of a lunch stop than a dinner experience - dinner is later in Mexico than in the US. I am not sure if this is true, but we arrived at 4:30 pm and left at 6 pm. The restaurant is open air, which is always a pleasure. Live music was an added feature. Service was exceptional, and the crown was all having a great time - as we did. We had a shrimp appetizer, rather salad style served in a bowl and cold. The shrimp was "cooked" in lemon or lime juice and served with chopped cucumber and tomato - delicious. We also had an octopus/rice dish that was amazing. My main course was a feature, the Felete San Blas. OMG...pure heaven!!! The dish is sea bass stuffed with shrimp and cheese. It is covered with a green sauce, which I was told was a green pepper sauce. There is no doubt that I will return to this restaurant, and I have already informed co-workers that they need to experience El Farallon De Tepic. Readers, so do you...you will not be disappointed, I guarantee!!!"
