"We wanted to have dinner in the beer garden. the beer garden was almost empty and yet 7 waiters jumped around. none of them has been observing or addressing us. when we spoke to one of the waiters, whether we could get a card, he answered with a question whether we had reserved. we had not, but had just passed the beer garden. then he said that we should look for another table, because it was reserved (in a virtually empty beer garden) - and turned around and left.We then left the restaurant, since obviously none of the many waiter wanted to serve us ... (and no - we looked quite normal and were on a Sunday night trip :-))"

"We had our lunch in this pleasant restaursnt with friendly waiters and excellent location. I enjoyed a rumpsteak from the grill anf my wife opted for spaghetti all'arrabbiata. These were al dente but not very spicy. Prices are moderate and service is pretty quick. Definitely...returning on our future visit to Konstanz."
