"I would like to personally commend the staff named Sarah for being very kind and accomodating to us when we dined in last Chinese New Year. Salmon with quinoa salad is great. The sisig is superb and the cafe americano is really unforgettable. Such a great experience to dine in here. Thank you."

"We always go to their BF Homes Branch...at least 3x a week we really like their Paella Velenciana and Paella Negra. We always have special request since my husband doesn't like seafood so we asked them to separe the seafood and make the chicken...boneless. We's been to Barcelona and I find their.Paella the same if not better. Yum yumbyum! We like their Yema Cake as dessert."

"There are so many available restaurants around the metro. That's definitely good news for us food fanatics, right? Thing here is that, there's just so many of them, unfamiliar ones, situated in unheard of places. I have never been inside Circulo Verde. I thought it was just somewhat full of private residences. Never thought that there's a hidden gem inside that place named Omori Curry.

Omori Curry is a Japanese curry place situated in Libis that's worth going back to. I am not really fond of spicy food but I wouldn't mind running back to Omori for their curry dishes. The best thing about their food is that they prep and serve them straight up from their own kitchen.

A variety of dishes were served to us with their signature curry in them. There's the tonkatsu hamburg (pork hamburger), kani cream croquette, and their fried chicken karaage. I love their karaage because it's sooo crunchy and flavorful, that I just cant resist it.

We were also served Japanese staples such as their gyoza. Their wasabi gyoza, called yaki, is so good. The wasabi is an interesting touch to this appetizer. It's actually good on its own and there'll be no need to dip it so much into its sauce.

As for their curry dishes, you can actually experiment with them and try out different levels of spiciness. You can actually start at level 1, or go wild at level 5. For me, the level of spicy at 4 isn't that big of a deal yet, but the spice definitely kicks double.

You can tone down the spice with Omori's white water (priced at Php80). It's a refreshing drink that's made up of calpis, which happens to be a Japanese yogurt drink.

My favorite dish from Omori was their chicken nanban. It was marinated in sweet vinegar sauce, which was complemented well with its dressing.

This food journey was capped off with Omori's Japanese pudding. It is lightly sweet and similar to that of leche flan. You should go and try out their coffee variety.

alwayshungry.ph"
