"I have tried some of the coffee shops in the area to offer the vegan options. These guys were the best. I feel that the articles are changing quite often. There was a hearty pastry with a kind of quinoa that filled in a flocky crust that heated them to serving. It was perfect for a fair price. Also a banana chocolate chip cookie that meets the point. Free Wi-Fi, places to plug in the laptop and the coffee was also good!"

"Wow, I was absolutely blown away! I met with friends from the UK; and knowing they had a vegetarian preference, I decided to choose Nourish. I was definitely not disappointed! The food was vibrant and colourful, and also very delicious! We had the nachos to start I had the 'Mac N Squeeze '..so good! The restaurant has a unique atmosphere unlike any other restaurant I 've been too, and the staff were very friendly energetic! I very highly recommend Nourish Bistro for anyone! Thank you for having us!"

"The calamari is a skip didn't like that at all. The risotto, shrimp Alfredo and the Rossellena were all good but very rich. Could have used a bit citrus to balance the dishes more. Overall was a good dinner and the service was great."

"We ordered three pizzas and a pasta dish for take out. The ham on the pizza was great, but the pizza was somehow greasy and dry at the same time and didn’t have much flavor. The pasta dish was terrible. Noodles had zero flavor and the shrimp was hard as a rock. So disappointed we wasted a meal here."

"We picked up a couple of ready-made sandwiches for a hike. They were good, but nothing out of the ordinary either. However, people were lined up every morning, so perhaps there are other pastries and coffee that are great. They open early, so that's convenient if you need something early in the morning."

"Since the 6 of us wanted to tried the Alberta beef, a local friend has highly recommended this restaurant to us. We have ordered their Prime Rib and what a major disappointment!! All 6 of us could not cut through the prime rib because our pieces had too much tendon. The sauce was tasty but the cut was way below standard. I can go to any steak house and have better prime rib,We have raised our concern to our waiter and he said that regretfully, we were not the only guests that have similar experience on that evening. Maybe, as a courtesy, if the waiter knew that was a general problem for that night, maybe, just maybe he should have let us know when we order!?"

"Coffee taste can be subjective but we really like the coffee here, it always seems busy so queued for a few minutes but it's worth it. Sandwiches are good too."
