"Unforgettable food Unforgettable view I’m at the Banff Centre for meetings every couple years and have been coming for 18 years and the Vista Dining room is what wows our groups each time. Creative food, every day! Even the eggs each morning are so consistent: Creamy, fluffy, heaven. They often make fresh ice cream, it is always unforgettable. The staff are so polite and hospitable. But here’s the thing it’s called “Vistas” for a reason. Good gracious that view!!!! There’s a walkway outside the main doors coming in and each day, I love to watch people pause, look at the view and it’s so clear that in that moment they are grateful to be alive. *Secret tip if you’re in a big group. They put down pitchers of ice tea and lemonade but if you want a soda, just ask. Most people figure this out after a couple days. Let me save you that time."

"Decent, but slow. A nice selection of coffee options and the food options looked quite good (although we didn't order any). The atmosphere is a nice chill environment. My only complaint was the 20+ minutes for an espresso and latte at 10 AM. I think the staff were relatively new, but it was still a rather long wait, and there was a long line behind me."

"Great afternoon. The ride up to the Bistro is great. Beautiful views. Once up top you can sit on the trails edge and marvel at Banff from above. Having lunch, a snack or just a drink at the Bistro is an experience. Prices are decent for the location and service and food were great. Would recommend. Brought up a small treat to have at the top from @KakebyDarci. Really the cherry on top... of the mountain."

"Great ramen and best chashu pork I’ve ever had! I love their tonkotsu and tantanmen, you could really taste that the broth was simmered for hours. The chashu pork is melt-in-your mouth. Their ramen eggs are also always on point. Service is always warm! This is our go-to place for dinner. Perfect for Banff weather. Price is also very affordable. Tip: pair the ramen broth with chashu pork rice if you’re extra hungry, and try their plum wine!"
