The service of all employees is very friendly, professional and welcoming. This time we were served by Maxence, but also Mathieu, who used to serve us in the week. One must not forget to mention the boss Jean-Baptiste, who can be seen in the open kitchen. The restaurant is not located in downtown Toulouse, but near the Airbus factories, but worth the detour. You won't regret it."
