"Pour la réouverture après les Fêtes, la patronne a assuré en cuisine. Nous étions une vingtaine et nous avons dégusté un excellent Foie gras maison. Puis le filet de bœuf généreux et dont la cuisson était parfaite pour tous était couvert tout aussi généreusement de morilles. Le parfait glacé au bourgeon de sapin était très réussi, mais un peu trop doux. On le préfère à l'alcool. Dommage qu'il ne restait plus qu'une bouteille de Braise d'Enfer des Caves du Petit Versailles à Cully. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil et le service. Adresse à retenir."
