"It was bad from the start when Chad (the General Manager) failed to actually to log our reservation for 12 people celebrating mom’s 90th birthday. Fortunately we caught this and ‘rebooked’. However, just before we arrived, they called and asked if they could put us in the Lounge, without considering or advising that we were now having to climb onto high bar stools in a room with very loud music. We were jammed into a corner where 8 people were expected to share a bench on one side of the table. Meanwhile the Dining room was mostly empty and quiet. It did not get much better when it came to the food. Several people were served something different than what they ordered, including my overcooked filet when I had ordered a sirloin. One redeeming feature, the service staff were excellent (they should find new employment and try working with competent management)."

"The hot dogs here are amazing. It is the only hot dog that is 10 times more expensive than Costco's hot dogs, but tastes 10 times less. AMAZING!"

"2 times I had to send back cutlery it Had food stuck to the butter knife. Hard crusty chunks. The server was great and he was so embarrassed apologetic. The Manager came over and gave me a small bill discount. This was a but disappointing I have had issues in the past with food being undercooked and a cracked drinking glass and the previous Manager completely removed the charge for my whole meal as a good will gesture. Oddly this Manager did not see the necessity in that after being given dirty cutlery not once but twice. Then the air conditioning was on so high that my friend I were shivering, she did lower it for a few minutes but then turned it back on. We ate quick and left. It was a memorable birthday dinner fir my friend but not for the right reasons!"

"The servers were extremely nice! However went with my wife , mother and my daughter who's 6 I ordered a steak and apps , apps came out they were good , after the apps were done a server came over and said I'm sorry your steak is still frozen we didn't know so I had to pick something else almost 30 minuets after ordering After I ordered my daughter's meal was brought out stone cold burger and fries, my French onion soup also cold the cheese wasn't even melted ontop , my wifes tacos also cold , everything had just been sitting out while they tried to figure out what to do about the frozen steak , my replacement meal came out ..... cold , my soup came back boiled and bubbling as if they tossed it the microwave for 5 minuets. Maybe it was a one off day and I was just unlucky but I won't be going back."
