"Very disappointed. Short employees stressed the waitress. Extremely long waiting times for drinks. Portions are small for the load. Even the bathroom was dirty, had no toilet paper. Just terrible service. Never again. We were there to celebrate our 15th anniversary, it wasn't the best way. If you decide to go, make sure you ask UP FRONT to sit because if you don't, they will get you in the bar area that does not provide privacy extremely outdated."

"The manager and a host were present when I entered and they did not greet me. I actually think they glared at me, after a few awkward moments I explained that I made a reservation for 10 via opentable, they had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the reservations they found my party and found room for us. I was waiting by the door and when i went to sit on the couches there were two big piles of spit on the floor. The restaurant was fairly empty, but it took forever to order our first round of food. We were sent a new waitress and she was much nicer and more helpful."

"I want to thank the entire crew at the Chambersburg Longhorn for helping me out with my Anniversary Plans. I had dropped off flowers to surprise my wife of 30 years. When we got there everything was set up and ready including a card from the staff wishing us well. The Food was good as usual and cooked to perfection."
