"Why else would you go to a faster food restaurant than the food? The food is delicious and fresh. The coffee is great! The smoothies are bomb! (That 's really good if you 're wondering) What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. No matter what time of day I go to this specific Panera, I 'm greeted by the the friendliest staff who always have great suggestions when I 'm stuck on what to order. Ja 'ala (I seriously hope I spelled her name correctly) greets me by name, and remembers my order. That blew me away since I just met her. It shows me that she, along with the other staff genuinely care about the customers. I feel very welcome when I walk into Panera, and it makes me want to keep coming back. Great food. Amazing staff. Quick, efficient service. 5 stars!"

"Kimberly was our waitress and she was very friendly, helpful and prompt. All we ordered was made by scratches and full taste. The sausage is homemade by the owner with remarkable hints of sage and it was incredible. I ordered the brisket, sausage and Cheddar Omelett and it was excellent. My wife tried the French toast and it was very good, but it was too strong with the cinnamon. Great service and a breath of fresh air from the hardly mediocre place that was here before. Beautiful redesign and it is very warm, bright and welcoming inside. And breakfast and lunch are served all day in the early afternoon when they close. We went back a week later and tried lunch and ordered a club sandwich and the French onion soup. The sandwich was good, nothing special, just a decent sandwich, but the French onion soup was disappointing. It had absolutely no taste and the broth was extremely thin. We mentioned that to the waiter and he said he was letting the cook know. Hopefully they improve this dish and also cut to the amount of cinnamon in the French toast. No matter, we will be back as it is in our neighborhood and it is good food at a great price in a beautiful environment."

"October 2021 What a wonderful meal and atmosphere. The Irish burger with 100% certified Angus-Rind, Jameson aioli, Guinness braided onion, and white Cheddar on a roasted brioche bungalow was one of the best burgers I ever had. The bacon was incredible, the blows were great, and I also loved the bungalow. The steak flat cake with razed ribeye, horse cream, caramelized onions, homemade steak sauce and fresh parsley was just as delightful, very tasteful with the perfect crunch. The cream brulee was also excellent, but a little on the small side. Great service and atmosphere and one of the best restaurants in Exton and surroundings."
