"When we arrived at the restaurant, the front desk said they don 't recognise resetvatiions made through OpenTable, in spite of I 'm showing it confirmed on my mobile phone and because they don 't have the computer pad . Then she told us we would have to wait for about 20-30 minutes, despite the fact half of the restaurant was empty and because there was only one waiter available. When we asked for the restaurant manager, she claimed that he wasn 't there."

"We called a reservation for 7:00 in the morning. Got there around 7 in the dot and after waiting for about 7 minutes at the entrance, because no one was there, finally the host came out and told us that even with reservation it was a 30 to 45 minutes waiting time. The restaurant was half empty, so in my opinion the need to employ more personal, especially on weekends with a better service and also, better train their host to be more polite because there are no excuses of any kind for inconvenience. By the way, it was an inconvenience because we had tickets for the movie at 8:30 p.m., so we ended to leave and closed to Fast Food Restaurant so that we can be back in time for the movie."

"This was our first time at Thea but it won't be our last! Everything from the food to the service was first class. The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Love that it is a BYOB. The arugula beet salad was amazing and our entrees were equally impressive."
