"Went to dinner to celebrate my son getting straight A’s at school and had the best service ever! Brianna was our server and she was so full of energy, attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us. You can definitely tell when someone likes their job because it is reflected in their care. Food was delicious. My mouth is watering thinking of the bloomin’ onion. Will definitely be making more trips to The Outback and highly recommend it to my friends and family."

"15 minute wait after being seated before a server came to the table. 35 minute wait after ordering to get a martini and glass of wine, and then the dirty martini had no olives, so the server brought them in a jigger (no complimentary toothpick).40 minutes after being seated before having food order taken. One entre came out, with the side of soup for the second entree, one hour and 5 minutes after we were seated. The second entree came out 15 minutes later. The red wine and mushroom sauce for both entrees was really just brown gravy. And none of it tasted good. We have had a similar meal at a cafeteria. Should be able to give zero stars for food.No apology, only an excuse that the kitchen was stressed. This was awful. And what made it worse was that we came here during a visit to Lubbock after years away. Harrigan 's used to be a place we liked. We will not return."
