"We arrived and were informed the restaurant does not take reservations...even though they are on OpenTable! When I mentioned OpenTable they said it does not work with their systems. We got lucky and they were not busy but I would not have been happy if we were put at the end of a long waitlist when we thought we had a reservation. It was a Saturday night and getting a table at an alternate restaurant at that point would have been difficult. I feel the restaurant remains on OpenTable to lure people to the restaurant thinking they have a secured spot which is not true. I have complained directly to OpenTable and they had very quick response (excellent customer service) saying they would check with the restaurant this week."

"We have eaten in the main part several times so this was our first time in the Reserve Room. First, it took minutes for a server to greet us. The food menu is slightly more expensive than the regular menu. There aren't as many wine stations- and they are the more expensive wines. I had asked for no sauce on my burger but it was served anyway, but the server never came to check on us after we got our food so I ended up scraping it off the best I could. The one advantage is that it is quiet which is nice. I would continue to visit the main part in the future but will not be returning to the Reserve Room."

"I came here for the first time for my birthday dinner! Nicole was our server and she was amazing. She gave great menu recommendations and was very attentive to us even while tending multiple other customers. She was really patient while my girlfriend and I decided what we wanted to eat. Really good service from Nicole and overall really good food and portion sizes."
