"I had made reservations on Open Table. When we got there I asked hostess to check me in and she didn 't seem to know what to do. I told her to look on the iPad she had in front of her to find my reservation and that I had received an e-mail from them with a confirmation . She said iPad was out of battery I should ask our server. I did she seemed clueless, too said she would ask manager. Manager came and said he would check on it. I waited for him at hostess stand he confirmed I pad was out of battery not plugged in. How do you run a business that way???? It should have been plugged in once they knew it was out of battery. Turns out the plug-in belongs to the hostess not Fridays apparently she didn 't care. I could tell by her attitude from the time we came in. Finally it got plugged in I told them I wouldn 't be waiting for it to be up running as it was deader than a doornail I wasn 't wasting any more time waiting arguing with them. If they want business they had better be prepared for it. Neither of the managers I spoke to seemed to care and one even suggested she didn 't see why it was such a big deal. I explained to her that we if I was a no show I would be hearing from Open Table reminding me that I was expected by the restaurant to show up and it was rude inconsiderate not to as they could have given the table/reservation to another guest also, I would not be getting the points. Apparently, the people at this location are clueless about the program. If I worked there, I would be embarrassed if the customer knew I was ignorant of the fact they used Open Table and how it works. Shame on them. I told them I would be contacting their corporate office as well as Open Table, which I did. They didn 't seem to care."

"This establishment is top notch other than how they greeted us at the front desk. My girlfriend is foreign, when the man checked her identification he made it seem like she wouldn’t be able to enter. We were all a bit unnerved by this only to find out that he was taking his time at stating that she would not be able to drink. All that aside our waitress was delightful and the food and atmosphere was amazing. Dry aged ribeye was the best I’ve had in the area."

"Even if they were lubricated, our waitress jess was very attentive and constantly to check to make sure everything was good. the food was also delicious, definitely recommend the wings. we tasted the honey sriracha. also the sweet potatoes are to die for!"

"Amazing experience. we celebrated our jubilee 7 years (the gift is copper,' so that it fits perfectly). I forgot the day of our jubilee, I had a hockey game 2 actually and played. in any case, eating was amazing and the staff was as well. Our waitress was knowledgeable and honest with her appreciation of what she felt for us. we would like to rehearse so they ordered: keil salat lobster bisque crab cakes I had: french onion soup baked potato prime rib dinner was delicious and fill. for a special occasion or celebrate in any case copper rock."
