"Day 10 of a road trip with 2 adult sons and really really wanted a treat. Deja Bu was the food and drink spa we needed! The food, from the amuse bouche fish cakes, to the appetizers (the french onion soup was deep dark and complex, the chowder was filled with just-done tender treats), mains (we ordered the Halibut with coconut saffron sauce, fork tender steak, and duck) were all top notch. The wine pairings were also perfect. I can't say enough. But I will say more! The service was superb - our waiter Pierre knew every detail of the dishes (a trained chef himself) and the sommelier/owner/designer Robert was a delight to chat with. If you want to treat yourself, you must dine here!"
