"Our server was Joshua, he was excellent! We had a party of nine, our food came out all at the same time, everything was correct, and the food was great. He was very attentive, got refills of drinks before we could even ask!...checked on us if we needed anything else. Max Erma's have a great employee."

"Very disappointed. Service was so slow and food was bland. We sat at our table for 23 minutes before our server, Alyssa, ever approached us. Ordered our beers and food at the same time. Took another 14 minutes for the beers to arrive at our table. We saw them sitting on the bar already poured for at least 5 minutes. I ordered the chicken mac-n-cheese and my husband ordered a burger. My mac -n-cheese was so bland, I had to ask for buffalo sauce to spice it up. Alyssa was super nice, but we won’t be back. Service was awful and food was blah."

"We went to celebrate our 25 anniversary but didn't make reservations. They seated us in the bar area which was just fine with us. The bartender was also our waitress and after myself owning taverns, she was absolutely fantastic. The food was wonderful. My parents came here regularly in 70's and 80's and it was my mother's favorite place, and now I know why!"

"Stopped in for lunch today and had an amazing beef tips and noodles plate. The waitress, Krystyn was awesome, going above and beyond to help us put together the meal! Even though they were busy, the cook even took a moment to come thank us! Tons of beverages to choose from and an excellent menu of choices! I will 100% be back for lunch/dinner again and look forward to trying another great item they offer! Thank you Beechwood Inn!"
