"A new chef and a change in management made this really a nice restaurant. on a Friday or Saturday evening the service and eating was excellent and there is only a short waiting time. the restaurant is not as loud as others in the opposite and the prices are fair for the quality and comfortable atmosphere. I like fish dishes and steak dishes. the bar makes good tropical mixed drinks and margaritas and has a good selection of bottled beer. the waiters and a few college girls turned a wheel for cheap drinks that looked fun. there are 4 tvs in the regular sport in the inner and a very large covered terrace (veranda,) which will have bands and be much fun in the early year and summer."

"Came for Breakfast while in the area. We had potatoes and egg plate, Barbacoa plate, and French toast. Food was excellent. Beans and tortillas were awesome. Service was really good. Place was clean , great atmosphere. Would come back lots of menu items."

"Update:We visited today again and the service was much more friendly and eating was absolutely fantastic! the kartoffels are not mine. the cookies and gravy are the best in the city! I have built my own omelett and it was delish. great eating, but the service is missing. hubby had the texas oatmeal, I had the chessey with a side crispy speck, and we shared the cookies and gravy. the cookies and gravitation were amazing! the heel loaf was good. the cheesy omelett was great, but the kartoffels that came with them were for me and a bit on the hard side to season. the speck was not crispy, as I asked. the blueberries that came with the heel flakes were so fresh and sweet that I loved them. the other fruits we have not eaten by strawberry allergies. the service was not friendly and we had to wait to get refilled. our server looks at us as if we had disturbed them. I have taken a point for the service and a point away for the speck, which is not as sharp as desired and undercooks kartoffeln."
