"Very much enjoyed the food and experience here. Had the sandwich with Monsieur Madame in the name and it did not disappoint, a mix of cheese and ham toastie served with or without a fried egg on top. Americano was of high quality to wash it down. Slightly pricey but well worth the visit!"

"Me, my wife and my daughter visited the Brother Hubbard for a Brunch, the place look amazing and food is great. One thing I didn’t like is the place was bit chilly and the the floor manager put us alone in a back section of the restaurant which was even colder despite that the front of the restaurant was half empty and had heaters, but after complaining couple of times they move us beside the exit door Anyway food was very good but floor manager can be more friendly"

"Our server was amazing. They got answers to our stupid questions and were very patient, and even got me some focaccia which wasn't on the brunch menu. We were two females at 2pm on Monday 06.02.23, so whoever you were Thank You! We didn't realise you had left and we wanted to tip you personally, but we left one with the bill. The pizza sauce is like soup. I was there during the week as well and it was like soup; very runny. Yesterday, it was burned at the base. The focaccia is to die for, really tasty. The tomato and mozarella salad is also lovely. As are the fries. Service is excellent; on both occasions the staff were lovely and efficient."

"Dined here on Sunday. Overall a nice experience, prosecco always helps! We were seated next to the guitar player which I thought would be a pain but actually he was great, very quiet yet created a good atmosphere. The restaurant was busy but not overly so, the waiters were very polite and helpful. However... the wait time for food was at least mins, we were so hungry and no bread to keep us going. Unfortunately, of us had to send our food back, Overcooked steak and cold potato beneath. As there were of us, it meant that by the time we got new dishes , the other diners were finished their meals! Our new dishes were delicious but such a pity about the time we were waiting and the first ones being so overcooked. Having eaten here before, it wouldn't put me off going back again however, but its something the restaurant should keep an eye on and try to ensure it doesn't happen too often"
