"We wanted to like this more given so many high reviews but we did have issues. Both our items were recommended as some of their most popular choices. Husband ordered the prime rib chicken fried steak w/a biscuit. It looked great. Sadly, the gristle was not trimmed off so he battled that rather than enjoy what should've been a melt in your mouth fattening experience. The biscuits were nice and tall but by the time extra gravy was delivered for them, he was done. I ordered the corn beef hash. It was OK. Honestly I was expecting more hash. The corned beef was cubed at maybe 1/2 , there was some onion but the rest was just a bunch of greasy hash browns-tasty, but greasy. Enough so that I'm worried about the drive through Denali. I ordered a 3rd egg. Waitstaff was super friendly and bonus of serving real cream for coffee vs pods."

"Called and ordered a couple chocolate milkshakes. Waited 20 min went in to get them and they hadn’t even started on them, there was only 4 people in the place drinking coffee. When they where finally done I payed $8.50 each for them wow, I left a 5 dollar tip cause I know there a pain in the ass to make. Got them home, they were like milk you could barely taste any chocolate in it, it was like a glass of milk. They knew what they sold me and they knew what they charged me it, Never again."

"They were short staffed, so we tried our best to be patient, and we are usually really good at being understanding of this type if situation. It said seat yourselves, and we found the cleanest table we could, but it still needed cleaning, which never happened. The menus came fast enough along with water. Again, the wait person came over to take our order relatively fast for being short staffed. They asked if we wanted drinks besides water, which we said no, and they replied that they'd be back with the silverware shortly. Soon after, we ran out of water in our cups, no big deal, they'll fill it when the food comes. Never got any more water for for rest if the time we were there.. A busser then decides to reach over our table to fill the already mostly full condiments, and was pretty rude about it. The wait person that dropped the food off did only that, which normally would be fine. But I'm not eating stuffed French toast covered in whip cream with my fingers. Took them minutes at least before we got silverware after we got our food. The food was very bland and expensive for what you got. After we finished our meal it took over minutes for the check to arrive to pay."

"We visited the family restaurant to the breakfast for lunch. the restaurant was clean and they decorate for christmas we were greeted and sitting immediately. the menu has many possibilities. our waitress was very fast and friendly. the food comes fast and to the greatest part looked great from the only reason for 4 stars is that the hashbrowns were burned and not much they very thin and sausage gravur on the cookies and gravy there was no sausage friendly sad. overall a good experience and we will definitely visit again soon. tho with some small improvements this could be an absolutely fantastic place."
