"This is a great place to stop for breakfast if you are in the area. I know some people might say "hey it's eggs! How hard is it to make eggs?" but it's actually surprising how many restaurants really make mediocre eggs. Eggcitement Bistro makes perfect eggs - buttery and light and fluffy AND a whole lot of other delicious stuff too. I had 'The Sampler' because I love love love food and can never decide what to have. The Sampler comes with 2 eggs, 1 piece of bacon, 1 piece of ham, 1 sausage, 1 piece of peameal bacon, 1 pancake, and 1 piece of french toast. It also comes with home fries and toast but I asked for those to be excluded since there was no way I have enough stomach real estate for all that food. My husband had the Big Breakfast which comes with 3 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon and 3 sausages (he got the toast with local jam and home fries). Everything was delicious and reasonable. I think 'reasonable' may come down to perspective. I've seen others here say it seems expensive, but I think that depends where you live and what you're used to. I am used to paying far more for a whole lot less, so I thought the prices seemed justified for the quality of the food on offer. There is also a wide range of options in different price ranges. Mmmmmmmm.... breakfast. Will absolutely return anytime we are in the area and will tell others to go too!"
