Very disappointed in my visit today as a regular weekly customer. My order of eggs benedict was served with hard eggs. I was told that the poached eggs are always served medium while all those around me had nice soft eggs.They won't have me back now because I don't agree. "Tried amici tonight for dinner and was impressed. I had the beef dip, best ever. I myself have been in the hospitality industry for 40 yrs and am too picky. I observe how quick we were welcomed, time of server showing up, cleanliness and...overall operation and was plzd with everything. our server Nicole was a friendly, accommodating server with a very good personality. "Superb from start to finish. Service is prompt, unobtrusive, and the waitress was very helpful, able to provide good recommendations. The food was excellent. I had a bison steak, sautéed vegetables and a loaded baked potato. As an appetizer, I had a chaser salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. The deserts are all in house I believe and some items sell out; I am looking at you Coconut Cream Pie. I made do with a delicious carrot cake. I have paid a lot more for a lot less quality. This place is a gem. The place was busy and they are only open four days a week so reservations are recommended."

"Do not stop here if you have kids- a kids Mac and cheese was $12 (plus tax and tip) and did not include a side or drink, and the portion was literally a handful of pasta, insultingly small. If it came with bacon or lobster I 'd understand but it is literally plain pasta with butter and flour. I cannot come back here (I live in the area) with my kids because of the price gouging.I had 2 kids order so the total for 2 tiny, tiny kids bowls of plain pasta with no drink or dessert or side included was $30 including tax and tip.... see the photos if you don 't believe me.Would consider returning if kids meals were not insulting and I knew for $12 a kid they could leave not upset and still hungry.My burger was $16 for a huge slab of meat with fries as a side. This means the kids meal is over priced with no real justification based on the other prices on the menu.The server and the cook (a woman and man) were both excellent and very friendly and helpful. This review in no way is directed at them, but at the management of this restaurant."

"We stopped here because the place was hopping - normally a good sign. I should have checked the reviews first. As I should have had more than a coffee and a muffin. Coffee was good, but the muffin was dry and had very little of the promised fruit. It actually tasted like a day old muffin.....Maybe I'll try the cinni bun next time. The place was clean (including the restrooms) and the staff were friendly and provided prompt service."
