"We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, and the hostess told me that they will not be reported when there is an OpenTable reservation. She said she had to ask her manager to check. She left a few minutes back to the podium and started sitting. After about five minutes I went to the podium to check with the hostess, and she said that she couldn't honor the reservation and that happens all the time with OpenTable. She said she would add us to the end of the waiting list, which would have been a 45-minute waiting period. I had never done this with another OpenTable reservation and will never visit Black Horse Tavern again."

"Staff and the environment were fabulous and very helpful at our first visit ever, Polly's Pies. The strawberry limonade was refreshing, and our meals were served in time. We need to discuss the huge cinnamon roll, which was highly recommended by other, regular patrons of the institution and the staff. Our beautiful waitress offered her favorite spin, on this classic favorite, by adding strawberries and whipped cream DELICIOUS!!! The host helped us select one of the many tempting cakes before we sat, and once our meal was over, our freshly baked Apple Crisp Pie was delivered to our table. You have to go to breakfast. I will go back to lunch and dinner, so look for my reviews!"

"Pretty cool to have an islander style breakfast and only 15mins from the 60fwy. The food was ok a bit lacking in the flavor department. The chilliquillies were ok but the pork was imo definitely lacking flavor, the plate was too dependent on the spice from the chips and yolk from the eggs. The beans were good. The spic was a medium heat. All our eggs were perfectly cooked. The loco moco was a bit salty but thats expected since we ordered the spam version so it gets a pass. The Belgium waffle was a decent size and filling. I would like to recommend this place to anyone that is interested in trying islander style breakfast. The atmosphere was cool and the music was pleasant. Make sure you pick up a pog juice at the counter. Food was made quickly and served with a smile. Cant say anything bad but nothing too great honestly since I have had better but no where near home. I will be returning next time to try their lunch and probably a few other breakfast items. Food wasnt bland its just missing a little something not sure what. But I dont want to knock it because it really wasnt bad just a little lacking. But still definitely worth a try."

"Wow, what do they not have?!? The burgers are quite large, so I recommend not ordering one with a taco. The Carne Asada taco comes with enough meat for 3 or 4 tacos. I went back the next day to try the pastrami sandwich, figuring it’s on their logo, it’s probably pretty good. It certainly was! It looks like this will be my new “go to” place in Norco."

"This is definitely our go to if we wanna just get out and enjoy a nice meal. The staff is absolutely amazing and always friendly in the environment is fun to watch everybody watching sports and horse racing. You would be amazed to find Chinese food on their menu that actually taste pretty decent who doesn't love crunchy tater tot's come visit"

"Nice place, but very expensive. It wasn't worth doing the replacement of a waffle instead of pancakes. Think it might be about $3 more the most it was almost $9. $3 less than what the waffle costs from itself, and ask for bananas to coat me $3 more. Very expensive waffle. The taste of my food was okay. Our waitress was nice, but hard to find when we needed things. I wouldn't think the place was all that. Not sure I'm coming back to visit."

"This uses to be my favorite togo spot. eating is not where close as ingenious as it is used. Zucchiniries are never thoroughly cooked, wish them back to the original wise. veggie burger is now quite tasteless. I'm pretty sure the chicken quesadilla is not a long white meat. prices rose and quality went down. (I want the old norco back best.) the staff at the drive thru is always so sweet and polite."
