The interior is dated and some seats are torn, which adds to the charm of this old Westminster staple that has done business under various names over more than 50 years. "I ate here years ago when it was operational under just the Spires name, drove by today on the way to San Diego and decided to pop in for breakfast. Very pleased with that decision ? The ambience was very pleasant and our waitress was top notch. The menu had a great variety as well as the prices being very reasonable. Food was really the winning factor. The taste was better than most restaurants, almost had a home made quality of freshness and flavor! If you are withing the O.C. this place is worth a visit."

"Just wanted to give our waiter a shout-out. He was incredible. Although I have forgotten his name, I will never forget how he managed all of us crazy women. He had a great sense of humor and never complained. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful evening. Outstanding client service!
