"This pretty place, hidden a bit away from the main centre is a must visit. The food was excellent and the taste is quite satisfying. Personally I felt it was different and stands out from the usual cafes. They have a beautiful garden too and the ambience is beautiful. The staff will look after you really well. When in Whangarei, don't miss this café."

"This is our most favourite cafe in Whangarei, Food is always good, and the coffee is the best in town (IMHO)!! And the staff... all are friendly and helpful, they make an effort to remember your names, and regular drink A ! Prices are medium, but not too pricy really, because the food is all good! The lemon tart is divine! The multi flavoured frappes are loved by the kids! My only gripe is that they're not open on Sunday! (they used to open on Sunday). Please please re open on Sundays!!"

"Press Cafe never ceases to impress me with their coffee, cake and Kai. I often find myself arriving into Whangarei and looking forward to my conversations while waiting for a decent cup of coffee from the ladies. They have a 'coffee for the board ' which is a 'pay it forward ' type of agreement. You buy a coffee for the board and when a customer or someone not so fortunate arrives at the counter their coffee is gifted to them to make their day brighter LOVE THIS!"

"I recently visited the Tahi Cafe and was blown away by the amazing food and drinks they have to offer. The breakfast and lunch options were all delicious, but the golden French toast was a standout dish. It was perfectly cooked and had the most amazing flavor. I would highly recommend giving it a try. In addition to the food, the drinks were also top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Tahi Cafe and will definitely be returning in the future."

"Milk and honey is a nice Cafe with lovely modern presentation and quality meals. The food in this Cafe is a bit over normal pricing, but my meal was very good and got there decently fast. I came here with family however, and someone thought that their meal wasn 't that good so I 'm rating this 4 stars. Also if you and your business (if you work with one) want to catch up and have a breakfast meeting, then this place is good for you, because it has a closed room just for that called the beehive. Definitely embracing the name 'milk and honey ' because that 's also the scent of the soap I the bathrooms. Overall this is a nice Cafe and I wd recommend it to anyone nearby"
