"Expect to wait long under the sun before being seated. Once seated, it?s all good and cool inside. The food took more than average to come out. Nevertheless, they?re large tasty portions. I had the meat loaf and I think I would repeat. Also had he bloody mary but I should?ve asked for a coffee instead. They have plenty of staff but they definitely need more organization. Take cash or you?ll get a surprise charge of 4% of you pay with credit card."

"A boulder, mustard is the hot dog rod. Delicious dogs, and if you do not try in the mood for a hot dog, one of their delicious burgers or mouth-water frits. I personally go with the Polish sausage."

"This remains one of our top places to dine in Boulder. Started w mussels in a light cream/wine sauce that we thought was so fresh, flavorful and terrific. (Our server even anticipated we'd need more of the delicious dense bread to soak up the sauce. Entrees were Pasta Bolognese (best I've ever had and Colorado Striped Bass which was mouth-watering. Service is so attentive that even my doggy bag came labeled w restaurant name, dish and date! I love the atmosphere of happy folks enjoying really fine, locally sourced food. Keep doing what you're doing, Kitchen!"

"Exceptional quality desserts, cake, chocolates, macarons and more. today was a beautiful raspberry bar that was a gluten free four sided slab of heaven. their pot au creme is exquisite and the little stout glass container makes an excellent summer wildflower vase for your tiny romantic blossoms or more glamorous weeds. the chocolate raspberry mousse cake was delicate, extraordinary in texture. it’s easy enough to grab a few slices of whatever they have make a little dessert presentation for guests and have everyone sample. rich and alluring, if they were your new step mom, they would definitely convince dad to indulge in one of each. so persuasive. yum. they have classes too if you dare."

"As a big fan of Boulder City, I am familiar with the improving dining trends in the city. There has been an uptick over the last decade. Interestingly enough, there are not any bad places to eat, for each place is adept with their cuisine of choice. The Dam Bistro offers a Porterhouse pork chop that recalls the flavors of autumn, and it is a menu standout. The room is quieter and less rowdy than other spots, which lends it to being a great date night spot."

"We landed the rv in vegas for the first time in this week! a school hour and a field trip was quickly brought to the hoover dam by boulder city. on the way through I noticed tempering jilly’z and it was on good wise. we drove to that and had some wonderful hours while I returned to this place on the way to home. it didn't disappoint! I can't talk to the food though I hope to try it, but the shakes and smoothies were!"
