"Seems to be a theme here as a local (250 yards away) my sister and I thought we would pop in as we had always had good service especially when we took our mother before she passed away. I guess everything changes in life. First to be met with 3 rude and unattentive staff who would rather clear an empty table than serve paying customers (mistake 1), then a waitress would rather fan out menus delightfully on the table behind us and then chat with locals (I am one) rather than serving us (mistake 2), then when we asked for another glass of wine, even though there was supposedly table service we noticed that the attentive staff had left them at the bar (mistake 3), when I attempted to provide feedback to the staff I have never been met with such rude and entitled behaviour (mistake 4), I would encourage your staff to perhaps go on customer service training if you do not wish to haemorage customers. For someone who has frequented your establishment for 10 years I am dissapointed with your staff and the total lack of service. I am unsure how long you will last with your current staff. But all the best with the staff training"

"When I was here for the second time at this weekend, I and my partner came for the first time for two milkshakes. they were amazingly good. but to go for eating was a problem....who makes the crepes with the long hairs please put them their hairs. in a hair net when they are made over the herde hovering where they are made!"

"We have visited The Gallery before, but this time decided to have an early Christmas Lunch. Excellent experience from start to finish, lovely food, and so encouraging to see the students, ably supported by Stacey and her team, develop and gain in confidence you could see during the meal as some of the students relaxed a little they were making progress, and they were so focused on what they were doing. Reassuring to know that these sort of training and development facilities still exist for students, long may it continue."
