"Ick, filthy dirty and we stood at the register waiting to order while the guy that eventually took our order was just standing there ignoring the counter and talking with another staff member. How long did we stand there waiting, well we were first in line and by the time he started taking our order the line was to the door. Fountain drink area was sticky and there were three lids left, 1 after my wife and I put lids on our drinks. Tables were all filthy and we went inand grabbed a bunch of napkins so we could wipe down a table ourselves. Not a thank you to be uttered by any of the employees. I got the impression that they felt they were doing us a favor and didn 't appreciate our patronage at all. One star because the sandwich was good but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth."

"I checked in to pick up my online order. The young man was busy and forgot to grab my order. He realized ten minutes later what happen. He then told me what happened, apologized, and tried to see if he could do anything for me.Everyone makes mistakes. Very few people take responsibility for them. I was very impressed by his honesty.Also, the fries are bomb."

"This wingstop has made it! I can't do enough about the absolute perfection of the french on my wings rave. they were sharp, juicy, hot, tasty. my friend and I couldn't stop talking about how they are the best wings we had at wingstop. I'm visiting many wingstops. I'm a knower of her lemon pussy and bone pussy! this local location is worth the ride for some wings that will revive them during the day after eating! also the service was wonderful. the women who worked the front register were friendly, pleasant, supported with all the needs we had (e.g. an additional dip,) and obliged to keep the load on storage and clean. I will definitely be back for more asap! you can't keep me away from my lemon pepper too long!"

"A number of other dinner service reviews said that service was slow. Our service was excellent, although perhaps that's because there weren't many diners when we visited. The bar appeared to have more patrons than the restaurant, which is not unusual for a hotel. The menu is not extensive, but both of our entrees were nicely prepared and presented. It's like the place is nothing special, but the food was well-prepared, and the service was excellent. It struck me as the sort of place that would be good for a business-related meal. Quiet and good service."
