"I travel across the state, but visit Panera more often than any other chain. This Elmira Panera is far superior to the other Panera Bread locations for so many reasons. The service cannot be beaten and visible begins with the management, John, Pat, Chandler and Christine, who are always found right down in the thickness of things that are full of their crew and customers equally from opening hours to hour to closing hour. I never had a bad experience while they work whatever seems to be. The staff is unbelievable in this business even without management, which is a great testimony to their training and atmosphere of their working environment. I have grown to be friends with most of these people from my daily visits and look forward to interacting with them that is unique when you think that restaurants and cafes of any kind can get boring after you're accustomed to eating and drinking, but I have visited this place religiously for years on a daily basis, long after the food became boring. It is the modern day really life version of the café in the Sitcom friends . The staff cries in the Elmira business (and I'm sorry for those I miss) Sara, Christian, Kara, Marie, Jack/John Jr. and the 2 older female cash registers (older, not old) who always laugh and so much engaged that I miss their name tags. I know that they are many I don't remember now that were a critical part of my experience, but it's 5 a.m. and I know that this won't be the only opportunity I have to sing their praise. PLEASE, if you get the chance to spend some time in this place and see the difference, I was so many of them and this is really the only place that it is really 100% of the time and offers an experience that you will not find in the other shops yet. Thanks Elmira Panera, we'll see you in a few hours!!"
