"If I could give this Baskin Robbins a 0 I would have. My husband and I went for an ice cream cone one evening. There were no other customers in the store. There were 3 young men standing behind the counter talking with each other and completely ignoring us. I finally asked if they were open for business. They said yes and stood there and stared at us. It was bizarre. Absolutely no customer service. I hope the owner of this business realizes that their business will fail if they allow kids to run it into the ground. You lost as customers."

"I was so excited for this place open as I always have to go to morgan hill. but I tried this place three different paintings and every time my gyro tastes terrible. it tastes just like pure salt, it has no taste. such a great disappointment. I hope they'll get it soon, I'll try it again in a few months. but until then it looks like I'm going to morgan hill."

"We went for the Valentines Prix Fixe dinner. Our res was at 6:30, not exactly late. The bread for openers was standard grocery store french bread, with cold, hard butter in a plastic sample cup. The chicken pozole was the best thing I had. Very nice, wish there was more of it, but it was really just right. My wife had mushroom bisque, which she said was delicious--but see below. The paella was OK but I don 't know why it was billed for two , it came it separate dishes and was separate in every way. The proteins were overcooked. They ran out of creme brule, which disappointed my wife. Kinda went for that. We weren 't there late. The mousse was thick and heavy. I left some, which rarely do with dessert. We sat in a cramped table against the wall. Seemed OK at first but the longer we were there, the tighter it felt, especially for my wife who was against some kind of vertical beam that consumed 20% of her table space. It was small, even for a two-top. And it 's not really a super cramped room or anything. Just not laid out well. At one point my wife was finishing her soup when our waiter asked if she was done. She said no, still eating. The waiter stood there while she finished it, then whisked the bowl away."

"First time eating at this place, I had the quesabirria tacos and they were delicious but they forgot my consomé. They other order I placed was also messed up, I asked for no sour cream, guess what came on it. I will probably go again for the quesabirria tacos only, hopefully next time they will remember the consomé. Now if they fail me again I will probably never go again."

"My Grandchildren liked the train ride the best of all even though they rode the rides that they could. I don’t know why they don’t announce the rides that are closed? I asked the young lady at the welcome center so which rides other than the Swan boat ride was closed. She replied “well I don’t know they don’t tell us?” other than everything being over priced from the food to the souvenirs my grandchildren enjoyed themselves!"
